Managing Director

Robert is an MSc engineer and entrepreneur, holding a private pilot license. He has some 20 years of experience in building up different companies. He has been flying glider, single engine aircrafts, paraglider and trike. Airwin Aviator School is his youngest and one of the most favourite children.

István Győri : Head of Training

István Győri

Head of Training

Istvan is a pilot and safety officer from the Hungarian Air Force. He has flown number of aircraft types from Zlin 142 through Yak 52 till Antonov 26. He has some 3000 hours in the air, few years of service in the United States and Afganistan too.  He is one of the founders of Airwin and the head of the training.

Sándor Szili : Safety Manager

Sándor Szili

Safety Manager

Sandor is a former military pilot with work experience abroad in multinational environment. He has valid commercial pilot licenses with more than 3000 flying hours and 30 years in aviation. He has served as a helicopter pilot and Flight Safety Officer in the United States and Afganistan. He is the Safety Manager and one of Airwin's instructors.

Gyula Kühtreiber : Deputy Head of Training

Gyula Kühtreiber

Deputy Head of Training

Gyula is an active Airbus 320 captain at Wizzair. He has flown tens of thousands of hours on different aircraft types from small gliders to the left seat of the Airbus 320. He used to be Chief Operational Manager and member of the management of Wizzair Ukraine. He is responsible for the theory training of airline pilots at Airwin.

Andreasz Jodranidisz : Compliance Manager

Andreasz Jodranidisz

Compliance Manager

Andreasz started his aviation career in 2006 with gliders, became a FAI Silver Badge pilot in 2009. In 2012 he finished his studies as a Transportation Engineer-Professional Pilot at College of
Nyíregyháza. He works as a Compliance Manager for Approved Training Organisations since 2014, started his Flight Instructor career in 2017.

István Hajzer : Flight Instructor

István Hajzer

Flight Instructor

István got the flying bug during parachutist training in the army in 2007 shortly after this experience he has started flying on hang gliders. After graduating from military college he worked as an Army officer for 5 years.
